With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Sonia Schropfer has built a career delivering seamless and memorable meeting and event experiences. She specializes in full meeting logistics, site selection, contract negotiation, registration support, and a wide range of event services, thriving on managing complex programs with strategic insight and attention to detail while fostering strong, lasting partnerships with clients and vendors.
Outside of her professional life, Sonia is passionate about giving back to her community. She volunteers as a Girl Scout leader and serves on local PTA boards, helping create programs that enrich the lives of children and families. As a first generation American, native New Yorker and a former volunteer firefighter, Sonia inspires us with her tenacious and determined spirit and abounding energy. A devoted fan of all things Bravo, she enjoys keeping up with her favorite shows and discussing the latest reality TV moments with friends and colleagues.
