Growing up, Megan never had to be told, “Clean up your room!” A born organizer who lives for the details and to execute them, Megan will tell you, “If I’m not multi-tasking, somebody please check my pulse!” With almost 20 years of meeting and hospitality experience, Megan is known as Rain Man around the water cooler (she never forgets dates, important or otherwise) and can handle every aspect of your tradeshow, high-profile event, conference, or sales meeting.

Born in Newport Beach, California Megan got her BA—with an emphasis in Marketing—from Loyola Marymount University. At Cypress Planning Group, she builds and runs conference registration websites, maintains conference-app info frequencies, and prepares exhibitor and sponsorship prospectuses, and that’s just for starters. Megan’s relationships with partner vendors, suppliers, and other meeting professionals means clients can count on getting maximum value in addition to exceptional service. And at home in San Juan Capistrano, California her son, two step children and dog can count on getting maximum love in addition to exceptional attention!
