Allison Marrero’s hospitality journey began poolside at The Broadmoor Hotel, where a summer job as a lifeguard sparked a lifelong passion for service. That spark led to a 25-year career with Hyatt, where she rose from Sales Assistant to Director of Sales and then into Global Sales, representing clients from Washington, D.C. and the Southeast. Allison is passionate about cultivating relationships and guiding organizations toward meaningful, lasting growth. After Hyatt, Allison brought her skills to executive roles at ASID and SCAD,
as she consistently sought out opportunities that blend service, strategy, and stewardship.
Her career highlights speak to a legacy of transformation and team empowerment. Whether guiding hotel teams to record-breaking sales or developing high-performing teams, Allison’s work is rooted in elevating people. She’s a firm believer that strong outcomes begin with intentional leadership and deep listening — her greatest strength — and she approaches challenges as an opportunity to learn. Allison’s professional philosophy is rooted in empathy and purpose. She thrives on understanding how things work, uncovering potential, and designing scalable strategies that align with long-term goals. Her leadership style is, without hesitation, anchored in servant leadership.

Outside of work, Allison calls Savannah, Georgia home. She starts most days with movement, gratitude, and a good cup of coffee. A self-described earlybird and encourager, she’s a hugger, a fan of snail mail, and never turns down a thoughtful conversation or a good glass of wine. Her guiding belief—“The more I focus my mind on the good in my life, the more good that comes into my life”—reflects the intentional, heart-forward spirit she brings to life and leadership alike.
