Our roots began with a dream that stemmed from three women who were already well on their way moving the needle and making waves in the hospitality industry. With over 75 combined years of hospitality and meetings expertise, these three women dreamt about a day when they would forge their own path together and create a unique company that would support, uplift, and empower clients - and embody a culture that echoed this vision.
With their stacked experience, savvy smarts, and genuine courage - Angele du Passage, Ashley McCoy, and Kathan Dearman set out to do just that. In May 2015, Cypress Planning Group became a reality and the power of three women and what they saw possible began to flourish.

We plan and support meetings in many different capacities. We manage your room blocks. We handle exhibitor and sponsor management. We're on-site to ensure you're able to focus on what you actually need to.
