Cypress Planning Group began its journey in 2015, when Angele du Passage, Ashley McCoy, and Kathan Dearman set out on a path driven by a vision to revolutionize the world of meetings. Our founders, each with over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry, dared to tread the road less traveled. Leaving behind their established careers, they were determined to create their own brand — bringing extensive hotel knowledge and a genuine passion for the meetings industry to build — a company that supports and elevates their clients’ meetings, and provides an empowering culture that uplifts women and others in the industry.
